Follicular lymphoma patient after receiving treatment at MD Anderson in Gilbert, Arizona

In Her Own Words...

"I was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma last August after many trips back and forth to MD Anderson in Gilbert, Arizona.  They said that the cancer couldn't be cured, but it could still be treated. I have to travel back and forth two days in a row, every 28 days, for chemotherapy."

"I'm on a very limited income from Social Security. I am struggling to pay bills and rent. Driving to and from medical care is an expense I can't afford. I needed help."

"Mercy Medical Angels gave me that help I needed. They sent me gas cards, which made it possible for me to travel to my chemotherapy appointments. I still have more appointments, and will need assistance again. In the meantime, Mercy Medical Angels is improving my quality of life. The gas cards that they send me are helping me maintain my financial stability."

"Thank you so much!"
