Cancer patient after receiving treatment at Cleveland Clinic, thanks to gas cards

In Her Own Words...

"I was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. Starting January 20, I had to do eight weeks of chemo and radiation, Monday through Friday. I'll probably end up needing surgery eventually. I have other doctor's appointments also."

"My small town doesn't have the resources I need, so I need to travel approximately 200 miles to Cleveland Clinic. My husband is helping me by driving. But he has to take two months off work for it, which is a real financial blow. I'm unable to work work due to my medical problems. I've cashed in and used all my savings and retirement funds."

"Then, I heard about Mercy Medical Angels. I applied for assistance and was approved. Mercy Medical Angels sent me gas cards to reduce the cost of driving to treatment. Their generosity with the gas cards eases the financial burden."

"Thanks to Mercy Medical Angels, I can have some financial stability and maintain my physical and mental wellness. The transportation assistance increases my quality of life as well. Thank you, Mercy Medical Angels!"
