Man with end stage renal disease after receiving gas card

In His Own Words...

"I have End Stage Renal Disease and require life-sustaining dialysis treatments three times every week. The nearest facility where I can be treated is in South Dakota, 106 miles round trip from my home in Wyoming. I drive 1,378 miles a month for treatments. Come rain, snow or shine, I am on their doorsteps bright and early, and ready for my treatments."

"I am retired and living on my Social Security income. A fourth of my monthly income goes to fuel costs so I can get to dialysis treatments. Any financial support I can receive is greatly appreciated."

"I'd like to thank Mercy Medical Angels for sending a gas card every month. It makes life a lot easier and helps out a lot. If it weren't for this support, other necessities like groceries would be much tighter."

"Thank you, Mercy Medical Angels!"
