Mercy Medical Angels Issues Warning About Scammers

Mercy Medical Angels has issued a warning about an email scam that involves someone impersonating a MMA staff member and requesting gift cards for donations to the Angel Wings for Veterans program.


Mercy Medical Angels wants to make it clear that we will never ask for donations in this way. If you receive one of these emails, do not respond. Contact the Federal Trade Commission immediately! 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) or TTY 1-866-653-4261


You can also report it to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov
