  • Prize Shipping & Delivery Disclosure

    Mercy Medical Angels will cover all shipping costs to deliver the prize to the winner's provided address within the United States. Some assembly of the bicycle may be required upon delivery. Assembly instructions are included with the shipment. Professional bicycle assembly services are recommended but are not included in the prize.


    The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. 

  • Consumer Disclosures

    Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.  Residents of NY and RI are not eligible to participate.  Mercy Medical Angels Employees, Board Members, and their immediate families, or any other company or individual involved with the production or execution on the sweepstakes and their immediate family are not eligible.  All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited by law.
