"Hi, my name is Angelita. I live in San Angelo, Texas. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It went into remission. But then a few months ago, the cancer came back. My doctors all agreed that this time it was incurable, but still treatable. The best medical team for my specific case was in Fort Worth, Texas - almost a four-hour drive from my home."
